Program Rules

• Social media account must be public.
• Account must have a minimum of 1,000 followers.
• Account must be at least 3 months old.
• Creator must comply with all Spotlight program guidelines and policies.
• Creator must maintain only one Spotlight creator profile. Multiple creator profiles operated by the same individual may be merged, suspended, or disqualified.
• Creator accounts must demonstrate genuine activity and audience engagement. Accounts suspected of being created primarily for reward collection may be rejected.

• @Simbi_Props products must be clearly and meaningfully featured.
• Content must provide value through tutorials, reviews, demonstrations, creator hacks, storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, educational content, or other approved formats.
• Content must be original and authentic.
• Required tags, mentions, and hashtags must be included: #SimbiPropsCreator @simbi_props
• Content must prominently feature, demonstrate, explain, review, or actively use the product. Brief appearances, background appearances, or incidental visibility may not qualify.
• Content must accurately represent the product being featured.
• Content must not contain misleading, deceptive, or false claims about @Simbi_Props products.
• Content must comply with the rules and policies of the platform on which it is posted.
• Content must not promote competing brands or redirect viewers to competing products while participating in the Spotlight program.

• Content must be submitted through the Spotlight dashboard only.
• Only eligible posts that meet monthly limits qualify.
• Posts must have been published on the creator's page for a minimum of 30 days before submission.
• The post must have been created after the creator's registration and approval on the @Simbi_Props Spotlight platform.
• Only one submission may be made per post URL.
• Similar, duplicated, repurposed, reposted, cropped, re-edited, or substantially similar versions of previously submitted content may be rejected.
• @Simbi_Props reserves the right to determine whether multiple submissions are materially different enough to qualify separately.

• The Spotlight program rewards genuine audience engagement only.
• The following are strictly prohibited: purchased views, likes, comments, followers, or shares; fake engagement; engagement manipulation; automated engagement; engagement exchange groups or pods; artificial engagement generated through coordinated activity; and incentivized engagement designed solely to manipulate reward calculations.
• Only organic engagement qualifies for rewards.
• Posts promoted through paid advertising, boosted posts, paid traffic campaigns, view-exchange systems, or similar methods may be disqualified or excluded from reward calculations.
• Suspicious activity may lead to manual review, disqualification, suspension, reward adjustment, or permanent removal from the program.

• All submitted content must be created by the submitting creator.
• Creators must have the legal right to use all video clips, images, music, voiceovers, and other assets included in their content.
• Re-uploaded, stolen, copied, downloaded, AI-generated impersonation content, or unauthorized third-party content is prohibited.
• @Simbi_Props may request proof of content ownership if authenticity is questioned. Creators may be required to provide original files or supporting evidence during verification.

• Approved content must remain publicly accessible for a minimum of 30 days after reward payment.
• Removing, hiding, significantly altering, or deleting approved content during this period may affect future eligibility, rewards, and participation.
• Removing required tags, mentions, or hashtags after approval may result in disqualification from future rewards. #SimbiPropsCreator @simbi_props

• Duplicate submissions.
• Recycled content.
• Misleading content.
• Spam activity.
• Attempts to manipulate the system.
• Artificial engagement generation.
• Submission of content not created by the registered creator.
• Misrepresentation of account ownership.
• Submission of false information.
• Use of multiple creator profiles to gain unfair advantage.
• Circumvention of monthly limits or reward restrictions.
• Any activity intended to exploit weaknesses in the program.

• Depending on the severity of a violation, @Simbi_Props may take one or more of the following actions: warning; submission rejection; reward adjustment; reward forfeiture; temporary suspension; permanent disqualification from the Spotlight program; removal of creator privileges; or recovery of rewards obtained through fraud or rule violations.
• @Simbi_Props reserves the right to determine the appropriate enforcement action based on available evidence.

• Rewards are performance-based.
• All rewards are subject to AI-assisted and manual review.
• Maximum payout per post applies.
• Reward calculations are based on verified performance and program guidelines.
• Final reward calculations are determined using verified engagement data obtained through approved review processes.
• @Simbi_Props reserves the right to adjust, withhold, reject, or recalculate rewards where fraud, manipulation, data inconsistencies, or policy violations are detected.
• Reward approval is not guaranteed solely because a post meets a performance threshold.

• To protect the integrity of the program, @Simbi_Props may request additional information at any time, including: platform analytics; account insights; screenshots; creator verification information; proof of product ownership or access; and additional supporting documentation.
• Failure to provide requested verification information may result in rejection of a submission or removal from the program.
